Records
The Records Division provides general services to the public during the operational hours Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. The Records Division also registers sex, gang, arson, and narcotics offenders, processes and maintains police-related reports, and provides other ancillary services in support of the Department's overall goal of providing quality customer service to our community.
The Records Division staffs a police officer at the main desk during normal business hours in an effort to assist the public with a variety of issues to include ticket "sign-offs" and VIN verifications.
Copies of Police Reports
The Records Division provides copies of police reports to the general public for a fee of $1.00 for the first page and 15 cents for each additional page of the same report. Fees for a police reports are waived for victims of domestic violence and stolen identity.
If you want a copy of a police report you may fill out the Police Report Application Request Form located online and in the Records Division. You may submit the request in person or you may mail it to:

Registrant Information
The following are the days and times registrants may visit the Records Division:
Arson Registrants: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Sex Offenders: Tuesday & Thursday 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Narcotics Registrants: Wednesday 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Gang Registrants: By appointment only
