Records

The Records Division's 2010 Holiday Season hours are:

Monday - Wednesday, December 20st through 22nd;  7:00 am to 6:00 pm

Tuesday - Wednesday, December 28th and 29th; 7:00 am to 6:00 pm 

The Records Division provides general services to the public during the operational hours Monday - Thrusday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. The Records Division also registers sex, gang, arson, and narcotics offenders, processes and maintains police-related reports, and provides other ancillary services in support of the Department's overall goal of providing quality customer service to our community.

The Records Division staffs a police officer at the main desk during normal business hours in an effort to assist the public with a variety of issues to include ticket "sign-offs" and VIN verifications.

Copies of Police Reports

The Records Division provides copies of police reports to the general public for a fee of $13.00.  Fees for a police reports are waived for victims of domestic violence and stolen identity.

If you want a copy of a police report you may fill out the Police Report Application Request Form located online and in the Records Division. You may submit the request in person or you may mail it to:

Please note there is a ten (working) day processing period upon receipt of each request.

Registrant Information

The following are the days and times registrants may visit the Records Division:

Sex Offender, Narcotic, and Arson Registrants may register on: Tuesdays from 9:00am - 1:00pm and Thursdays from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

Gang Registrants: By appointment only
