NCPD Drops Off School Supplies to National City Elementary Schools

On August 23, 2010, the National City Police Department distributed over $2500.00 in school supplies to National City’s elementary schools.  The school supplies were obtained through generous donations from local retailers, the National City Police Department, and the National City Police Officers Association.  Police Chief Adolfo Gonzales led several officers, who were accompanied by members of the San Diego Low-rider Community, on a caravan todeliver the school supplies to the 10 elementary schools in National City on the first day of the school year.
